The Head of PAM Technology is a leadership role influencing and driving overall 'OneJLL' business success in our Property Asset Management (PAM) business.
This role is responsible for leading the strategic planning, implementation, and management of technology solutions, developing and executing technology strategies that enable operational efficiency, enhance client experiences, and drive digital transformation within the PAM function.
This role reports to our Head of Property Management Australia and forms part of our PAM Executive Leadership Team.
Specific responsibilities include :
Driving alignment and implementation of company-wide initiatives. Overseeing the implementation and integration of technology systems within the PAM function, including property management, leasing, and facility management platforms. Facilitating system selection processes, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations to ensure optimal technology solutions. Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data integrity across platforms. Supporting business lines to develop new business opportunities. Driving transformation and strategic initiatives. Leading your team with a strong customer orientation and focus, understanding and sharing JLL's leadership behaviours. Driving a commitment to the Client Plus program. Working closely with other business lines to introduce new services and drive growth. Being an advocate for the customers in both internal and external conversations. Being familiar with local market trends and industry changes to provide strategic advice to clients on their portfolio. Experience & Qualifications :
A successful track record in the property / real estate / professional services industry.
Your exceptional leadership skills will encourage the team to achieve the best possible performance. You have proven ability to motivate, engage, and promote personal development while dealing with a variety of issues concurrently and under pressure.
