Due to the aging engineering team, we are looking for a full-time Engineering Technologist to configure, repair, and maintain our sophisticated production equipment and workflow.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Design and implement efficient systems for manufacturing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute projects aimed at reducing waste and increasing productivity. Utilize data analysis tools to monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights. Conduct time studies and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist in the selection and implementation of new technologies and equipment. Provide technical support and training to staff on engineering processes and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the electronics manufacturing sector. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., CAD, simulation software). Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
