Quinn Allan are proud to be exclusively partnering with a prestigious real estate financier and investment manager in their search for an Investment Manager to join their newly established Brisbane team.
This brand new position will be working alongside an experienced Investment Director and have a focus on their residential land subdivision investments and joint ventures.

About the Company
Our client specialises in the funding of medium to large-scale Australian real estate development projects and has a portfolio comprising of 5,000+ residential lots across 6 individual communities located across Australia.
Their communities are developed in joint venture with high quality development groups providing investment pipeline and experienced delivery capability.

About the Position
The Investment Manager will be responsible for a wide range of duties working across the real estate platform including work on both existing investments and new transaction assessment and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of detailed three-way financial models, with a focus on debt and equity structure overlays.
Transaction, asset, market, and sponsor due diligence to assist in acquisition analysis and decision making.
Analyse and sensitise key financial assumptions of a multistage land subdivision model from a revenue, cost, timing, and capital mix perspective.
Management and maintenance of going concern investment financial models.
Working collaboratively with the Investment Director and development partners.
Assist with preparation of internal investment committee proposals, and detailed investor information memoranda and quarterly reports.
Attendance at project meetings of existing investment transactions.
Ad hoc projects and financial modelling.
About You
At least 5+ years' experience of project or corporate finance and modelling experience within the real estate development/finance, Big 4 accounting, or real estate advisory or infrastructure sectors.
Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in property, finance, commerce, or accounting.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.
Ability to work both collaboratively as well as independently.
Preference for exposure and understanding of multi-stage land subdivision development and the ability to navigate and model sophisticated capital management overlays.
