Our client operates a well-established venue in Mooloolaba and is looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead their culinary team.
Located in a lively and picturesque area, this bistro serves a modern lunch & dinner menu.

What we are looking for :
Enthusiastic and personable with a track record of strong leadership.
Confident with casual modern Australian cuisine with a coastal twist.
You will be working with a menu of classics done well and responsible for seasonal menu updates.
Functions and catering experience is a must.
Accountability in controlling food and labour costs.
Build and lead your team with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
