Purpose As a Hospitality All Rounder, you will play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations, seamlessly transitioning between Front Office and Housekeeping. Be the go-to source for information on neighbourhood hotspots and must-visit gems. From check-in to check-out, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional hospitality, ensuring that our guests have a memorable stay. Confidently communicate with both guests and colleagues enabling seamless teamwork. Cleaning guest rooms and public spaces, all of which are crucial to creating an outstanding first impression. Use cleaning materials and chemicals with care, adhering to safety protocols to maintain a secure environment. Skills and Experience Previous experience in a customer-facing hospitality role is a plus. Genuine passion for guest care, engaging with patrons and collaborating within a team of diverse professionals. Capable of embracing a flexible rotating schedule, including nights, overnights, weekends, and public holidays. Strong work ethic, reliable, and a commitment to excellence.
