The Role: As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will be the linchpin between business operations and a highly engaged Board of Directors. What You'll Do: Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with corporate goals. Provide accurate and actionable insights to the Board of Directors, enabling data-driven decision-making. Drive financial governance and compliance with Australian standards and regulations. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring clarity and precision. Mitigate financial risks through effective analysis and forward-planning. Lead the integration of cutting-edge financial systems and technologies. Inspire and mentor your team to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For: Senior Experience: Extensive experience at the executive level, ideally with exposure to publicly listed companies or similar complex environments. Board Engagement: Demonstrated success in managing Board-level interactions, with the ability to convey complex financial data clearly and persuasively. Technical Mastery: CPA or CA qualification, with in-depth knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards, governance frameworks, and financial risk management. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
