We're seeking a talented professional to be part of our long-term vision on the Sunshine Coast.
Gardner Vaughan Group, an established, award-winning Southeast Brisbane based builder developer with a 35-year history, is looking for a skilled Senior Contract Administrator or Junior Project Manager to join our established site team.
You'll work alongside our contract administrators, supported by the Project Manager, on an $80m multi-residential project in the heart of Bokarina Beach.
About the Role

Has experience in multi-residential/commercial projects between $25-100m Is confident in all aspects of contract administration Has Procore experience (advantageous) Holds a tertiary qualification in construction management or related field Possesses a driver's licence and construction white card Is passionate about building and eager to contribute to team success In this role, you'll bring comprehensive knowledge as a contract administrator and a solid understanding of the Construction Contracts Act.
You'll implement our proven processes, play a crucial role in project delivery, and learn from experienced team members while taking on increasing responsibilities.
