70.00 DS, $75.00 NS About the Role WorkPac are seeking suitably experienced and motivated Mechanical Fitters to join our clients team in a casual maintenance role in the Bowen Basin.
You will be a part of a high performing team with opportunities for personal development and growth.
As an experienced Fitter, you can be from any background as long as you are reliable, safety conscious, punctual and physically fit.
Duties and Responsibilities Repairing, Installing and testing systems and components Welding of ferrous metals Ensuring all work is performed in accordance to supplied engineering guidelines and criteria Demonstrate adherence to planned work schedules relating to the asset rebuild, the overhaul program and the required quality output Participate in and contribute to a diverse workplace culture, creating an inclusive environment for a continued high performance team Skills and Experience Mechanical Fitting / Boilermaking Trade - Certificate III in Mechanical Fitting Strong knowledge of all welding techniques including: TIG, MIG, and ARC. Substantial & demonstrated skills in working within a collaborative, highly skilled work environment Sound level of skills in oral, written and interpersonal communication Other trade related tickets will be advantageous Current Drivers licence For more information, please contact:
