We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Experian Software Solutions team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to lead and manage a diverse portfolio of projects for our market-leading clients. You will be stepping into this role as a leader and mentor, working closely with a team of senior consultants to ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes.
What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian Advanced knowledge of program / project planning / PMO processes Experience with project delivery in large and complex organisations with extensive Project Management experience, including knowledge of managing major, cross-divisional projects Proven track record of successful delivery of software delivery programs and projects from initiation through to full project acceptance Experience of managing multiple stakeholder groups ranging from senior business and technology stakeholders to product owners / delivery leads Proven experience delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies Work that matters - What you'll be doing Leading Experian Software Solutions Projects to deliver real change for clients Fostering a culture of success Delivering and managing large Software Solutions programs / projects in line with the project management methodology Day-to-day management of projects to ensure milestones and key indicators are met; managing project risks and issues, identifying solutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer goals Monitor and track project financials Take accountability for project quality and identify opportunities to improve project delivery Clearly communicate expectations to clients' team members and stakeholders Troubleshoot and resolve conflicts; create lasting, productive partnerships with stakeholders (internal and external) at all levels. More about you Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively work with stakeholders at all levels Extensive negotiating and influencing skills Strong ability to facilitate change and influence a wide variety of stakeholders Previous experience of working in a financial services environment is desirable Ideally, you will have previous experience in credit decisioning and / or collections projects You are comfortable owning the overall delivery plan, problem-solving where required, and driving the project through to successful completion Culture at Experian Our uniqueness is that we truly value yours.
