There is ample support in the role, along with mentoring and guidance.The Ideal TeacherTo apply for this role, you will have experience working in a childcare centre and must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. You will have experience managing 4-5 year olds. In addition, you should possess an in-depth knowledge of the EYLF and NQS. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a team-focused philosophy, along with a desire to be part of the local community and build lasting relationships with families.
