We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to join our team and oversee daily operations.

The Role:
As the Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards, managing staff, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
You will be responsible for the overall operations of the supermarket, driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring the store is well-prepared to meet the seasonal demands of the market.
This is a varied and interesting role that would appeal to someone who enjoys and demonstrates strong leadership skills, works with a degree of autonomy, and has exceptional communication skills and the ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively in a calm and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the store team to provide outstanding customer service.
Manage recruitment, training, and development of staff to ensure high levels of performance.
Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers.
Maintain a clean, healthy, and safe environment for staff and customers.
Maintain the highest level of customer service standards and handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally and promptly.
Work closely with owners and other senior managers to align on sales targets, budgets, and store goals.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in supermarket management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
In-depth knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
Ability to adapt to the seasonal demands of the market and keep the store fresh and relevant throughout the year.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
A customer-first mentality and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
