Full-time Temporary with a Possibility of Permanency
Details: The Major Projects Canberra Project Management Office is seeking a highly experienced Change Management and Communications professional to contribute to a range of change projects predominantly internal to ACT Government in various stages of the change lifecycle. These projects include the design of a Construction Procurement Accreditation Program and upgrade of a Contract Management digital solution.
The Director Change Management and Communications will work as a member of a small multidisciplinary team collaborating across the ACT Government. This is an exciting opportunity to work across ACT Government directorates to contribute to the strengthening of construction procurement expertise in the Territory.

Eligibility / Other Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in change communications or similar field and/or significant career knowledge and experience in Change Management and communications.
Note: This is a temporary position available immediately until 30 June 2025 with the possibility of extension up to 12 months and/or permanency. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Please note, this position will be moving to a new workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
Opportunities for flexible working options could include hybrid working, being a combination of working from home, designated office-based, and FlexiSpace working locations across the ACT, part-time hours, job-sharing, flexible start, and finish times.
