What You'll Do:
Client Collaboration: Work with entertainment industry leaders to understand their unique travel needs and provide tailored solutions.
Efficient Travel Management: Handle travel requests via phone and email, ensuring top-tier service and efficiency.
GDS Expertise: Use your knowledge of Galileo, Sabre, or Amadeus to book flights, hotels, and car rentals with precision.
Creative Travel Solutions: Recommend cost-effective and innovative travel options to maximize value for clients.
Policy Compliance: Ensure travel arrangements align with company policies while maintaining accuracy.
Professional Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, vendors, and your team.
Client Updates: Keep clients informed with timely, accurate updates about their travel plans.
What You Bring:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a fast-paced travel environment.
GDS Expertise: Proficiency in Galileo, Sabre, or Amadeus; self-ticketing experience is a plus.
Online Booking Tools: Familiarity with booking platforms for efficient travel planning.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive Approach: A solution-oriented mindset to problem-solving.
Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
