Skills & Experience:
You will be a Corporate M&A Private Equity lawyer at the Senior Associate or Special Counsel level, with a particular interest in Consumer, Healthcare, and Technology sectors.
About the Role:
Regularly advise on equity fundraisings, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, Australian foreign investment law, warranty and indemnity insurance, corporate restructures, and general corporate and commercial matters.
Act for funders, private equity funds, venture capital funds, corporates, and large multi-nationals on more than 100 M&A deals in the past decade with transaction values ranging between $1 million to over $5 billion.
Work in a highly responsive team; trusted advisors; helping your clients achieve their commercial objectives; extensive networks throughout the Australian legal and commercial landscape.
Policy of WFH 2 days a week.
