Please note that permanent Australian residency is required for this role.

About the Role In this role, your duties as a Construction Team Leader will include but not be limited to:
Coordinating/leading teams in day-to-day activities to achieve desired outcomes Liaising with our Construction Manager on current & upcoming projects Strategic planning/carrying out of projects within timelines and budgets Adhering to workplace health and safety policies and procedures Assisting in completing projects within timeframes & budget Recording and reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly outcomes, objectives & issues This role will also require work across our Cowell, Haslam, Streaky, and Coffin Bay locations where needed.
About You To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
Skills & Experience Full Australian working rights essential Proven leadership experience in similar role essential Vessel operations & GPS plotting/navigation Demonstrated knowledge of bays & lease/license areas Ability to operate plant & machinery i.e. excavators Qualifications & Licenses Coxswains grade 1 CV and FL High Risk licenses essential Current First Aid Current driver's license with agriculture endorsement How to Apply To apply for this role, please submit your up-to-date resume & cover letter through the Apply button on SEEK.
