About Your Opportunity
In this role, you'll coordinate and support the delivery of strategic engagement and communication strategies for complex water infrastructure projects. Collaborating with project teams, technical experts, and senior management, you'll provide essential support and advice to build stakeholder, customer, and community trust, awareness, and advocacy for Seqwater's major projects.
Key responsibilities :
Support the development and implementation of communication and engagement strategies for Seqwater's major infrastructure projects. Create impactful content, including newsletters, notifications, web updates, and internal briefs. Identify and manage stakeholder engagement, addressing opportunities and challenges with a consultative approach. Handle customer and community enquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent responses. About you
To be successful in this role, you will possess :
Unrestricted driver's licence for a car. Highly developed organisational skills, with the ability to work both independently and across teams to manage a diverse range of issues and activities, within tight and conflicting deadlines. The ability to understand and interpret complex, technical project and network information. High level knowledge of community engagement and issues management practices. Relevant political, social and legislative developments that may impact on the achievements of projects and organisational goals. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to prepare high quality communication collateral in an accurate, timely, consistent and customer-focused manner. Alignment with Seqwater values. This position has a salary starting at $104,668 plus 12.75% superannuation and is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract with a possibility of extension.
