We proudly partner with both veterinarian practices and their clients to offer pet cremation services to grieving families with our expert teams guiding them every step of the way.
Duties of a Client Care Coordinator: Provide professional pet aftercare services with compassion and empathy.
Coordinate information between client care, preparation, operation, and cremation teams for smooth service delivery.
Assist clients during viewings and collection of ashes with professionalism and empathy.
Prepare client viewing rooms and ensure they are up to high standards.
Manage client payments across payment services like ZipPay, Afterpay, and Vet Pay.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry of client and veterinary information.
About You: Exceptional customer service skills; you're an effective and clear communicator.
Strong organizational skills and thrive in a clean and tidy environment.
An ability to handle deceased pets in a professional manner when required.
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude whilst under pressure.
