The People Cases team is responsible for employee relations, HR business partnering, injury management, and injury prevention functions.
The team provides solutions-focused complex HR advice and support to business units across JACS through the delivery of reactive and proactive business partnering.As a subject matter expert, you will manage a small team that works across the employee relations and injury management portfolios.
