Our Opportunity We have an exciting permanent position for a Banking Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Treasury Analyst - Banking, this role is responsible for managing the processing of daily banking and payment allocation in a timely manner to support collection processes and daily cash flow.
Key Responsibilities: Allocate incoming receipts to customer accounts according to deadlines.Investigate and resolve unallocated receipts.Complete allocation of all other bank transactions daily in SAP.Match transactions in the Diapason treasury system.Scan and archive banking and relevant credit documents.Process credit card and direct debit payment batches.Clear relevant GL accounts.Perform external verification of bank detail master data for outgoing payments.SAP Accounting experience essential.And other tasks and duties as reasonably requested by your manager.
