Your Role As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you'll be integral to their projects, managing key QS activities like measurement, cost planning, and contract administration. You'll work collaboratively within a team of quantity surveyors, ensuring that you collectively meet both timeframes and budgets while reporting to the Directors.
What You'll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Oversee pre and post-contract work. Lead projects from feasibility through to construction. Mentor and support junior team members. What They're Looking For A bachelor's degree in Project Management or Construction Management, specializing in Quantity Surveying. A minimum of 6 years of quantity surveying experience. A team player with a collaborative mindset. Previous experience in a consultancy environment.
