Located in a premium Sydney CBD building, we are looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage and oversee all of the cleaning operations.
The Role
Working with the Operations team, the Site Manager will be responsible for a vast range of tasks. These tasks include, but are not limited to the following:
Management of all site staff, including rosters and budgeting. Meeting KPI's. Client reports and meetings. Site inspections. Completing training of staff in all required areas. Managing all site stock requirements. Maintaining the site's equipment and machinery maintenance requirements. Requires self-motivation and integrity to work autonomously. Management of all safety and compliance standards and requirements. Delivery of excellent customer service and positive communication to all customers. Reporting all site maintenance requirements. Reporting of any incidents, completing investigations, and delivering outcomes as a result. The Candidate
Be able to work autonomously. Previous cleaning experience is required in a commercial environment. Computer literacy across many portals, including site induction requirements and time and attendance platforms. Customer service experience, working with and around members of the public.
