About the role : Due to ongoing growth and development, we now have an opportunity for an experienced Civil Construction Supervisor to join our team in Ipswich. This is a hands-on role overseeing our 20-person Construction and Earthworks Team, utilising our fleet of clean, well-maintained equipment.
Duties Include : Daily planning and coordination of crew. Developing bulk earthworks and excavation plans. Interpret and implement civil plans for landfill cell construction. Ensure accordance with design requirements of level 2 engineered fill placement. What you need to succeed : A sound working knowledge of WHS and environmental awareness. Experience in a similar supervisory role including a minimum of 5 years in civil construction or landfill operations. Plant operator tickets and competencies, paired with the ability to operate various plant safely and confidently. Valid Class C Driver's license. Experience with bulk works excavation. Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills. Experience with TopCon GPS systems will be highly regarded. What we Offer : Permanent and stable employment in a rapidly expanding business.
