Change Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive change management strategies that align with organizational goals.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify the impacts of changes and facilitate discussions to ensure buy-in.
Communication Planning: Create and execute communication plans to inform and engage employees about changes, using various channels.
Training and Support: Develop training programs and materials to equip employees with the skills needed to adapt to changes.
Monitoring and Reporting: Assess the effectiveness of change initiatives through metrics and feedback, providing regular updates to leadership.
Resistance Management: Identify potential resistance points and develop strategies to address concerns and promote acceptance.
Culture and Change Advocacy: Foster a culture that embraces change by promoting positive attitudes and behaviors towards transformation.
What you'll bring to Honda
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related roles.
Proven track record of leading successful change initiatives in a complex environment.
Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and adapt to changing environments.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Change Management Professional) are a plus.
