How can you inspire innovation at Nuseed?
We are seeking a detail-oriented administrator to enhance our quality assurance processes at Nuseed. In this role, you will receive training in our quality assurance processes and support the team in maintaining the highest standards of quality. Your contribution will help to ensure our operations are efficient and aligned with our commitment to agricultural excellence.
What will you be doing?
Ensure timely and accurate entry of quality data into our systems, maintaining documentation integrity. Prepare and organise documentation for seed shipments, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Communicate quality metrics and insights effectively to internal teams, fostering transparency and accountability. Assist with quality assurance fieldwork, including crop inspections and liaising with quality labs, to ensure optimal seed quality. Manage the processing and cold storage of harvest seed samples, safeguarding quality from harvest to distribution. Welcome and assist visitors, including suppliers and contractors on site and supporting a variety of administrative tasks for meetings and events. Provide overall administrative support for our Toowoomba site. What do you bring?
Prior experience in office administration and data entry. Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and maintaining a structured work environment. Ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing, facilitating clear and transparent interactions with team members and external stakeholders. A collaborative team player, committed to working with others to achieve shared objectives and support the overall success of the team. A proactive approach to challenges, demonstrating high energy and enthusiasm in all tasks. Competence in managing quality assurance documentation and processes, with attention to detail and a focus on compliance. Drivers license for potential operational duties and deliveries; forklift license is desirable. What's in it for you?
