Be a team player!Add massive value and become more in the process.Love, love, love admin and attention to detail.Prepare bids, tenders, engineering documents for EPCS and Engineering projects in Mining, Oil & Gas and Renewables.Work with Engineering houses to win new business with your sales team.Prepare and present major project quotations and bid documentation - with your own sense of style.Cost estimates, documentation compliance, negotiate terms for shipping & tenders, pricing, data sheets.An internal & external role - high levels of Variety!Documentation, support, and maintaining the high standards and values of the business - Have fun!Promote the Portfolio of Valves, Actuation & Instrumentation.Required: Experience in a projects administration role in an engineering discipline is ideal - You must apply if you have this.Experience working with Engineers, understanding of the Specification sales process and a drive to grow and be in front of the customer.Professional, organised, high attention to detail.Oil & Gas, Water, Pulp & Paper, Mining, Engineering Industry Experience will give you an advantage.Excellent communication skills - Computer, verbal and written.Process, Pressure Control, Plumbing, Pumping, Actuation, Steel, Instrumentation, Valves or aligned Industry Experience - would be nice - but we can train you.50% Admin 50% Relationships.
The Rewards: Base salary of $115,000 - $130,000 + Super + Car + Bonuses (Package Negotiable)
