Office Manager Salary: $75,000 AUD per year Location: Sydney, Australia Employment Type: Full-time About Us: The Removal Brothers is a fast-growing removalist and logistics company providing moving, delivery, and event transport services to a diverse client base.
We are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our Sydney office, ensuring efficient and effective support for our transport services.
Key Responsibilities: ? Plan and coordinate administrative services to support fleet management and transport operations.
? Supervise and lead office staff, ensuring effective task allocation and performance.
? Develop and implement office procedures, including document control and customer correspondence.
? Manage procurement and maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and resources.
? Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and company policies.
? Oversee communication and coordination between departments, including logistics, customer service, and senior management.
? Maintain accurate records of office activities, budgets, and administrative expenses.
? Assist in the development of strategies to improve office efficiency and workflow.
? Prepare reports and presentations to support senior management decision-making.
Key Qualifications and Experience: ? Minimum 5 years of experience in office administration or management within the logistics or transport industry.
? Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of improving operational efficiency.
? Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with logistics management tools is an advantage.
? Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
? Solid knowledge of local workplace laws, compliance standards, and health and safety requirements.
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with clients, staff, and management effectively.
? Experience in budget preparation and management is highly desirable.
