About the Role As the Quality and Compliance Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Quality and Safeguarding team. You will ensure McCall meets all contractual, legislative, and regulatory requirements under the NDIS framework. Reporting to the Quality Risk and Compliance Manager, you'll contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, oversee incident and complaint management, and enhance the organization's compliance culture.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement McCall's Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with NDIS Practice Standards. Provide training and support to staff to embed compliance in everyday practices. Manage and oversee complaints, feedback, and incident reporting systems. Lead internal audits, monitor outcomes, and prepare for external accreditations. Collaborate with teams to implement quality improvement initiatives. About You You are a proactive professional with a strong background in quality assurance and compliance in the disability or community services sector. Your knowledge of NDIS standards and ability to lead teams in embedding compliance will be key to success in this role.
Selection Criteria: Demonstrated experience in quality and practice improvement frameworks. Understanding of the Disability Services Act 2006, NDIS Act 2013, and NDIS Practice Standards. Proven skills in incident, complaint, and feedback management. Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to interpret legislative guidelines and drive compliance activities. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or project management.
