The Role Macquarie University is recruiting for a new Lead, Teaching Quality & Student Experience to drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of education quality assurance and overall student satisfaction. Reporting to the Manager, Education Quality, you will collaborate with academic and professional staff and utilise data and feedback to implement strategies that will promote educational excellence for Macquarie University Students. You will also have a core role in maintaining high standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement across the University.

A tertiary qualification in a relevant field. Significant experience in quality assurance processes within a higher education context. Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and best practices as they relate to teaching and the student experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
