750 WFH Allowance A Senior Platform Success Representative handles net new and current long tail reseller onboarding, enablement and triage. This role focuses on onboarding net new resellers to Ingram Micro, providing quality guidance and support through the team's shared mailbox to partners, and offering enablement to the existing long tail on an ADHOC basis. The main objective is to drive great platform adoption of new and long tail partners. The Platform Success Representative will primarily support Australia but will also be expected to provide support to Singapore and New Zealand when available.
As part of this role, the successful candidate is expected to coach and mentor new team members, stand in for the team lead when required, and lead special projects such as vendor-focused drives, process improvements, and platform optimization activities.
Responsibilities : Onboarding new resellers to Ingram Micro Calling resellers to understand their business and decide if they fit Ingram Micro Provide enablement and success sessions on the Xvantage platform Capture insights on new partners in CRM to support the GTM selling efforts Identify vendor opportunities and introduce them to the relevant vendor sales teams Manage platform queries through a shared team mailbox Provide ADHOC enablement over Teams or phone Communicate important information to the long tail through email and calls Guide resellers in using Ingram Micro's Xvantage platform Triage resellers to the broader Ingram Micro sales teams Identify challenging tasks and provide tools to the rest of the team Take the initiative to find answers from the wider Ingram Micro team and document for the rest of the team Act as a mentor to those willing to learn and lead in the direct manager's absence Lead the team through vendor communication projects Skills and requirements : Experience in the IT industry, with some understanding of the Cloud and IT provider space Experience in customer communication across telephone, email, and video conferencing (Teams) Experience in building customer rapport Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite Fluent and clear English speaker Experience in presenting and building presentations High-level understanding of business functions Experience leading teams and supporting direct managers What's in it for you : At Ingram Micro, we treat each other with dignity & respect, providing an environment where you are always encouraged to be yourself.
