In this pivotal role, you will: Lead the implementation and ongoing management of our new ERP system. Coordinate schedules and communicate weekly plans to builders and stakeholders. Act as a key liaison between customers, sales staff, and operations teams. Manage data entry, follow up on materials, and organise production workflows. Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency across the business. What We're Looking For: Experience with ERP systems (implementation experience a bonus). Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and ownership of outcomes.
