Our client, a leading financial services organisation, is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to play a pivotal role in enhancing and expanding their ServiceNow platform.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a transformation project that will streamline processes and improve outcomes across the organisation.

The Role
You will join the transformation team on a 12-month daily rate contract, working closely with stakeholders and project team members to deliver key objectives.
Your expertise in ServiceNow development will help shape the success of this critical project.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document technical requirements.
Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and ensure seamless data flow.
Perform system upgrades, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure platform stability.
Develop reports and dashboards to support operational insights and decision-making.
About You
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, preferably within a financial services environment.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD.
Expertise in scripting (JavaScript) and integrations (REST / SOAP APIs).
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, transformation-focused team.
This role will interview before Christmas and start in early January!
