Top-shelf Industrial Space.About The RoleAs the Project Manager, you'll take on a key role in delivering several multimillion-dollar industrial projects across Bathurst and Regional areas, with even more exciting ventures in the pipeline! Reporting directly to the Project Director, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality projects, managing resources, timelines, and client relationships. Based in our Bathurst or Sydney office, you will oversee the execution of large-scale developments, ensuring they meet client specifications, deadlines, and budgets.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine project scope, manage resources, and establish realistic timelines.Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress.Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and teams to ensure timely updates.Lead and manage a team to ensure projects are delivered within budget, meeting specifications, and quality standards.Identify and mitigate project risks to minimise disruptions.Oversee safety compliance and ensure staff follow all safety procedures.Prepare regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.About YouYou will be a meticulous and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in overseeing large-scale industrial and commercial construction projects. You will have a proven track record of meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. This role demands excellent leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative approach to drive project success across teams.
