Your impact, with us
As our highly valued Cardiac Sonographer / Specialist Cardiac Physiologist, you'll use your skills and expertise to provide quality care to patients with a wide range of cardiovascular conditions.
Based in greater Brisbane, you'll be providing a high-quality echocardiogram service for many of our affiliated cardiology, GP, and radiology partners across Brisbane, south east QLD, and regional QLD locations. You'll help to improve people's health and lives and shape our organisation's future.
You'll make a meaningful impact by:
Operating industry-leading cardiac ultrasound and testing equipment to assist in accurate medical diagnoses. Prioritising exceptional patient care by explaining procedures clearly and following best-practice testing protocols to document pathology characteristics effectively. Engaging with clinical managers and referrers, addressing their needs promptly to maintain strong working relationships. Working closely with Cardiologists and staff to uphold quality standards, ensure safety, and maintain compliance with industry regulations. What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you will have:
A post graduate qualification in the field of cardiac ultrasound. A current registration with Australasian Sonographer Accreditation Registry (ASAR). Sound clinical skills in the field of echocardiography. Excellent interpersonal & patient care skills with the ability to show a friendly and professional approach. Commitment to continuous learning and staying at the forefront of developments in cardiac ultrasound techniques. Current Australian Driver's License and ability to work across several locations in the south east Queensland region. We would also love you to have:
