The Opportunity Botanic Gardens Retirement Living is a close-knit community set on landscaped native gardens and neighbouring the Royal Botanic Gardens Cranbourne, so it's the perfect place for nature lovers.
Conveniently located just 4 km away from Cranbourne Centre, it offers countryside living with metropolitan convenience.
You will enjoy facilitating bus trips for our residents to visit shopping centres, local attractions, events and other places as requested.
You will ensure that all safety standards are exceeded and that resident satisfaction is maintained.
The ideal candidate will enjoy spending time with our residents, be professional and deliver excellent customer service to help ensure our residents are safe!
This new opportunity is a permanent part-time opportunity - 42hrs minimum guaranteed hours What we offer $27.17/hour + relevant award entitlements including overtime, penalties and allowances + superannuation Every weekend off and a great work/life balanced roster Employee Referral Program and Employee Assistance Program Paid Parental Leave and Purchased Annual Leave options Discounts to Health Insurance and Retail & Leisure partner providers The ability to help with other tasks and pick up ad-hoc shifts around our community Opportunities for further career progression Be part of a friendly and supportive team in a caring retirement living community You will You will complete bus journey trips for our residents to local community attractions and places of interest Assist passengers with on-boarding and off-boarding of the bus and assist with any luggage/shopping they have Adhere to all OH&S policies and procedures (e.g incident reporting) Be available to assist residents and Community Leaders with adhoc tasks as needed What you will bring Valid LR Drivers Licence (required) Current First Aid & CPR Certificate completed in last 12 months (required or be willing to obtain prior to employment) Current Police Check (required, but we can complete for you!)
