About the role:
We have a great opportunity for an Experienced Store Manager to join our Paget team. We are looking for a committed team member to lead, coach, and support our store team. The successful applicant will be a natural people leader, customer service champion, enjoy a fast-paced work environment, and be able to learn new processes and systems quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coach a team of customer service champions Ensure health, safety, and wellness of all team members Manage store budgets, with a focus on margin and profitability Execute business plans, promotions, and initiatives Drive customer service excellence and build relationships Management of store operations and motor vehicle fleet Management of store inventory, order & receipt incoming stock Skills & Experience:
Exceptional communication skills Ability to deliver financial results Experience or a passion for auto parts Well presented, great phone manner Ability to influence & negotiate What's in it for you?
