Contribute one-on-one to this Partner's unique practice involving complex disputes and product liability. This role is for a Lawyer/Associate with 2-4 years PAE.
All Australian jurisdictions Multi-million $ business interruption Dual insurance Skills & Experience You will be an Insurance Lawyer with Defendant experience at the Lawyer or Associate level.
Your New Role You will work closely with a Partner who has an array of interesting insurance work including product failure, IT disputes, policy construction and legislation, indemnity disputes, general negligence, property damage, professional indemnity (financial lines), contract claims, builder's warranty, and construction liability (contract works, defects, construction contract disputes).
Deal with issues such as non-disclosure, misrepresentation, acting in good faith, and dual insurance.
This position offers a high salary for your level, mentorship directly from a Partner, and focuses solely on Defendant work for insurers.
