Minimum Requirements High attention to detail Health law background preferred Skills & Experience Will be an insurance government litigation lawyer at the 2-4 year level who has a high attention to detail, strong work ethic, and "can do" attitude.
Preferably, you will have a health law background but a willingness to act in an admin/govt litigation practice with law enforcement/criminal law/procedure flavor.
Your New Role Will see you provide advice on indemnity, liability, quantum, litigation compliant evidence remedies, and damages. You will have a sound knowledge of occupier and public liability claims , professional indemnity, and negligence claims.
Becoming a specialist in tort litigation and working on inquests and inquiries, advising clients in respect of Special Commissions of Inquiry into matters relating to police investigations of certain abuse allegations.
