You will be a Commercial Property Lawyer at a Senior Counsel level .
About the Role
You will be able to establish a new Commercial Lending Division of this innovative practice reporting to the founding Director.
Develop new lines of work from existing blue-chip clients and new clients, whilst at the same time expanding the practice through your own industry networks and marketing activities.
Act on a variety of property and commercial related areas including but not limited to: share sale/purchase; sale and purchase of businesses; drafting, reviewing and negotiating retail and commercial leases and licences; franchising; corporate business structures (partnerships, trusts, incorporations); corporate advisory, governance and compliance; contract drafting and due diligence; general corporate and commercial agreements and advice; privacy, terms of trade and procurement; commercial and residential conveyancing; complex property matters; and subdivisions and building developments.
