Act as lead lawyer on M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating key transaction documents, leading due diligence, and providing advice on areas of legal risk for clients. Project manage transactions to ensure that key deadlines are met. Manage and build external client relationships, including assisting with business development activities for key existing clients and new clients. Mentoring junior associates in the team and taking an active role in their professional development. You will already be employed in the corporate/M&A practice at a leading firm and seeking a step up in your career.
