corporate/commercial experience and would like to undertake Corporate/M&A work
at Senior Associate level.
Your New Role
Will see you working directly with a Partner who has a
particular focus on the automotive sector and motor dealerships.
Advise in diverse corporate and commercial transactions, including on corporate structuring, acquisitions and sales of businesses and corporate entities, and commercial leasing.
Your experience will also encompass a variety of banking and finance matters.
Work with a firm that has a
WFH Policy in place ; clients spanning a very broad range of sectors including property, banking, transport, services, information technology, and telecommunications.
