Our people are the foundation of our success, and we offer attractive salaries and benefits, opportunities for career advancement and world-class workspaces designed for employee wellbeing – to ensure our people get their best life! About the role Due to continued growth, we have exciting opportunities for experienced Earthworks Construction Supervisors to join our construction team on a 2/1 FIFO roster from any Capital City in Australia. The role Oversee heavy mobile plant operations with bulk & detailed earthworks.Review and interpret permits, plans and technical drawings. Manage contractor performance and report to direct Line managers. Schedule materials and plant requirements. Schedule contractors to perform their duties at specified dates and times. Monitor progress and provide comprehensive progress reports. Ensure work on site is conducted safely and in line with relevant regulations. Organise and manage a constantly changing workload.Liaising with line managers and engineers on technical issues. Give clear and precise instructions to Plant operators and Contractors on site.Review and implementation of safety measures and initiatives including ensuring JHAs are thorough and accurate in reflecting the task at hand and include all associated risks and controls. What you'll bring to the team Minimum 5+ years demonstrated previous experience within the Mining Construction Industry in a similar Supervisory Role.C Class Driver's Licence. Section 44. And then there's the extra benefits We look after our people because they're the ones looking after our business.That means a range of additional benefits for choosing MinRes including: Annual bonus Great Employee Share plans – MyShare. Employee discounts and offers. Physical and mental health programs. Salary packaging. Ready for your next challenge?
