We believe that all waste is a resource and aim to incorporate recovery, recycling and reuse throughout our operations and those of our clients.Job Responsibilities• Supervise and coordinate workshops staff and support Fleet & Equipment Manager• Carry out scheduled corrective & preventative maintenance services.• Action all driver daily vehicle reports (DVR) and file as required.• Perform fault diagnostics to detect mechanical and electrical faults• Test drive and/or operate equipment to ensure repair has been completed correctly.• Ensure all equipment is safe to use and stored correctlySkills and experience• Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade or in Automotive Mechanical• Heavy Rigid license (as a minimum)• Demonstrated supervisory experience with ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team• A strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to safety• Proven experience servicing and maintaining heavy vehicles
