Successful Remedial Construction / Facilities Management / Insurance Builder needs the above for several projects in the Shoalhaven area. Start ASAP.
Responsibilities:
Site Inspection and development of scope of works, estimating material and labour costs. Liaise with client, owners and contractors to complete repairs (insurance). Provide common sense and cost-effective approach to make safes after initial event/incident prior to commencement of approved scopes of works. Managing projects with multiple trades and completing reports on behalf of insurance companies. Minimum Requirements:
At least five years' experience in managing multiple projects across NSW in the value range of $1k to $500K. Trade background. Outstanding oral and written communication skills. Ability to get on with people as you will be dealing with clients and internal staff. Real leadership skills – you will come with lots of respect from your colleagues. Unrestricted work rights in Australia. Current drivers licence. Exceptional organisational skills in terms of Planning / Programming / Conflict resolution / problem solving etc. A strong history in Programmed Maintenance Services. A valid Police check (Including working with children and working with vulnerable people clearance). A current first aid certificate. Own reliable transport essential. A competitive daily rate will be paid on a weekly basis to the successful applicant. PAYG Holders and/or ABN Holders welcome. Sorry – No sole traders.
