Join our expanding team at WA Insurance Builders in Perth, WA, as a Large Loss Supervisor.
This full-time role offers a fantastic opportunity to estimate & project manage our complex and high-value insurance claims.
What you'll be doing Prepare detailed reports and scopes of work to guide repairs.Oversee the entire repair process for major loss jobs.Anticipate and resolve issues to ensure timely repairs.Prioritise tasks and stay organised to meet tight deadlines.Aim to exceed client performance expectations and build strong relationships.Provide accurate cost estimates and quotes aligned with project needs.Communicate updates to policyholders, brokers, and other stakeholders.What we're looking for Prior experience in estimating and managing insurance claims (BAU & Major Loss) (preferred but not essential).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for decision-making under pressure.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.Understanding of insurance policies and procedures, particularly for complex claims (preferred but not essential).What we offer
