Objectively: Reporting to our Director of Building & Infrastructure. 
Responsible for the management of efficient, timely and cost-effective delivery of assigned projects in accordance with our policies and procedures. Manage and supervise upgrades, oversee maintenance and capital works when required. Ensuring that all construction, maintenance, repair works, and other tasks are achieved in the most efficient and effective manner and in accordance with current buildings standards and Council procurement guidelines.
