Building Receptionist/Building Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced full time front of house Building Receptionist / Building Coordinator for the brand new luxury residential apartment block One Subiaco, located in Subiaco.
This role is the primary contact for all residents providing information on the operation of the building, building amenities, wayfinding, resident services and administration assistance to the Facilities Manager.
This is a Full-Time Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30 pm role 8 hours per day, 40 Hour week.
To be successful in this role it is essential that you have 2 years minimum experience as a receptionist/clerk a Hotel, High End Apartment Building or Commercial building.The Building Receptionist / Building Coordinator will posses a friendly customer centric approach and present well when liaising with residents, guests and visitors.
Working closely with the building Facilities Manager and Cleaners, ensuring that the building is well presented, amenities are clean and tidy.
Qualifications & experience: High level of administrative skills & attention to detail.
High level of computer skills with Microsoft Office & G-Suite.
Excellent communication skills and phone manner.
Team player that is reliable and can work in with the needs of the building in a fast paced environment.
Outstanding presentation skills.
Willingness to learn and grow.
