They need a Pre-Purchase Building Inspector to go to site, and using an app, run through a checklist to find any and all potential problems with the property.It's a simple role, but very important.
The clients will mostly be conveyancers & home buyers and you will be the one to highlight any potential problems with the property.
It's a very rewarding job getting to help people with such an important life decision.They're looking for someone with a construction or structural engineering background but all other training is provided.
You will be given a schedule, and will go to various sites and do inspections.It's a very autonomous role.
