Tenure: Permanent - Full Time
Location: Echuca
Remuneration: $102,856 to $115,229pa + superannuation
As a senior member of the Planning and Building Unit, you will contribute to the management and delivery of efficient, effective, appropriate, and timely services for the unit.

As a qualified Building Inspector, you will provide strong technical guidance, undertake onsite inspections, and support the Municipal Building Surveyor and Building Coordinator to ensure compliance with regulatory and all other responsibilities.
This position has a strong customer service ethos and will require a proactive and solution-oriented approach to all matters to achieve high-quality outcomes.

To be successful in this role you will require:
A relevant tertiary qualification.
Currently registered with the Victorian Building Authority (VBA) in the category of Building Inspector.
Substantial experience in the public or private building sector or related field.
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide audience.
Valid Driver's Licence.
Valid National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
