THE OPPORTUNITY 
Due to newly awarded projects we are seeking an experienced Building Auditor to join our esteemed client in undertaking critical projects across Yarra Valley and north eastern subutbs within Victoria. This presents a fantastic chance to collaborate with a renowned industry leader and amass valuable experience in the field of building assessment.

They employ cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to provide assessment, data management, and reporting services to both government and private entities. Our client's specialization lies in catering to multi-site and extensive portfolio asset holders within the health-care and education sectors.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Building Auditor, your role will encompass:
Conducting condition and compliance assessments on commercial buildings and facilities.Identifying building materials and various building elements.Ensuring accurate data capture and upload for each project.Crafting highly precise and detailed reports for each assessment.Create and update excel spreadsheets.Collaborating with the team to maintain accuracy and work quality consistently.YOUR EXPERIENCE.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
A current Working with Children Check or the ability to obtain one (esssential)Prior experience in conducting building fabric assessments or preparing condition reports (exposure to Disability Access audits will be highly favourable)Meticulous attention to detail and a proven ability to compose high-quality, well-considered reports.Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.A professional demeanour and the capability to work autonomously or as part of a team.Exceptional communication and organizational skills.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: experience with spreadsheets, pivot tables and formula.The ability to adhere to strict deadlines.YOUR BENEFITS
