You are part of this next stage.Your responsibilitiesDevelop a prospecting list of key builders to target and methodically work your way through this list and convert them via selling the unique value proposition of your employer.Leverage your knowledge of the residential building industry at large to consult to existing and new customers for further market penetration.Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in Sydney and surrounding areas with volume home builders and boutique builders.Account management of client relationships once a new account has been won.Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs and troubleshooting problems promptly.Presentation of solutions to the customer via a tailored presentation to meet the specific needs of the client.Track sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline development.Work cross-functionally internally to make sure team members provide a high level of service to your newly won clients.Who are you?Sales experience selling to residential builders (tier one to three, with an emphasis on volume builders).Strong business development skills and a network of volume builders.Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.Able to build a prospecting list and arrange opening sales calls and client meetings.Problem solving and solution sales approach.A methodical, planned and organised approach.Strong presentation and pitching skills.Saunders Lynn & Company is dedicated to servicing the needs of the interiors, architectural, and construction products industries.
